Program # 1 The High Rope Course Zone Outdoor program Only.
The High Rope Course Zone is a unique program, it is a high reward, seemingly risky activity, as the risk is greatly minimized by strict and thorough safety measures. The participants may logically understand that they are safe, but their knees still shake when they are 30 feet up. In other words, the perceived risk is much greater than the actual risk. This is what makes the Ropes Course a mental challenge as well as a physical one.
The value of the ropes course is recognized in a broad range of activities, including education, recreation, therapy, and organizational development. The combination of Low and High Ropes Courses enables participants to grow at the team and individual levels, exploring risk, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and coaching.
The high ropes Course also emphasizes risk-taking, and trust, and allows the individual to understand how to set and achieve personal goals. The challenges of this course allow participants to expand their comfort zones—sometimes dramatically—and recognize fears that may block personal achievement. Each moment is rich with discoveries, whether a person is climbing, supporting "on belay,or finding an effective way to encourage a teammate.
The Low Ropes Course focuses on problem solving, collaboration, teamwork, communication and leadership, is physically challenging in parts and usually results in clients gaining a better of working in a team to achieve an outcome.
Program # 2 Team Survival Challenge Outdoor program Only
The Deliverables : We learn a lot about business and teamwork from engaging into adventure in the wilderness – trust, risk management, going that extra mile, planning, dynamic teamwork and honest communication
Activity Brief: The mission is threefold: Survive the wild, Journey as a Team and Leave with no trace just your footprints & a smile.
Given a certain survival scenario ,the group will be divided into 4 teams, each team is assigned a task or mission to take charge of throughout the journey.
The Teams are 4, The sum of all teams’ efforts will make the group survive.
Route & Obstacle Team: Navigate the way using a map or GPS and make sure all the teams go through the natural obstacles safely and efficiently.
Fire Team: make fire for the whole group from natural resources or resources provided in your survival kit.
Food & water Team: Hunting for wild food can be difficult in nature– make a weapon or a trap but can you hit the target? Water is more valuable than gold if you want to survive, and as a team you must obtain your drinking water by proper planning.
Shelter Team: make sure every team has good shelter, and is dry, safe, and warm.
Program # 3 The Gamepedia Outdoor OR indoor program.
The Deliverables : The carefully selected sequence of team activities highlight specific dynamics within the team, It is a great way to encourage the team collaboration and enhance important skills to increase efficiency when practiced at the work.
Activity Brief: Dynamix in Jordan has a wide list of interactive and engaging games and activities, tailored and designed to align with the customer goals and Agenda. All we need from you is the following to make it a memorable experience:
•Define the objectives and areas of focus you need to enhance during the program.
•Choose a good location for the activity.
•Set time and Duration of activity.
•Final number of participants .
•Inform us of any Cultural restrictions.
Accordingly, we will design the games and activities to meet your requirement.
Depending on the number of participants, the group is divided into teams, and all teams will be lead through a series of activity stations under the supervision of DIJ instructors . Usually after each activity a briefing session is held to reflect on the activity and the outcome.
The collaborative and interactive games will vary in time from 10 –60 min , and will include, Communication activities Problem solving & decision-making activities, Trust Building activities and planning and adaptability activities.
Program # 4 Team Masterpiece Outdoor OR indoor program
The Deliverables : This activity particularly mimics a small business project with all the required skills to complete it successfully like proper planning, problem solving, leadership, creative thinking, time management, team collaboration, and reflects each member behavior and way of thinking within the group.
Activity Brief: In any of the listed projects below, the process of working as a team to complete the job is the same. Using the materials , tools and guideline provided by Dynamix in Jordan, teams must work together, to design, plan and engage fully in completing the Craft project assigned within a limited time frame. We chose the below projects because the team can see the result of their work together on spot and reflect on their work and evaluate it.
1- The Kite Project: The idea is for each team to make two paper kites with different designs, then fly it high in the sky.
2- The Graffiti Masterpiece: Each team should complete part a graffiti painting, then all pieces to be joined together to make one large masterpiece.
3- Grand prix Track: Each team will build a part of a racetrack based on certain instructions and tools provided by Dynamix.
4- Many other projects that aren’t listed here.
Program # 5 The Oscars – Movie Making Outdoor OR indoor program
The Deliverables : Companies can use this program to reflect and strengthen their core values and vision or even to promote for a product launch. Besides, what better way to stretch your team’s creativity and communication skills than have them plan, script, direct, perform and shoot their very own movie hit.
Activity Brief: members of the teams must work together to write a script, direct, act and produce a 1- 2 min "Movie" related to the given theme using the available resources within a given time frame.
The whole movie making team building event is comprised of these steps.
* Choose the Theme, name the movie.
* Write the script or storyboard.
* Delegate, ( Who will act, who will shoot. Who will handle costumes, makeup and props, who will direct..)
* Choose the shooting location, props and costumes to use.
* Group rehearsal
* Roll the Camera and shoot.
Designing a marketing material such as a poster to promote the movie, and team musical may be added or combined with the activity depending on the allocated time and resources.
The final stage makes this activity a great evening entertainment where all movies will be premiered at dinner and voted for (Best movie, Best Actor and actress, Best Outfit & Best Poster).
Program # 6 The Team Quest Outdoor program Only.
The Deliverables: It mimics a successful workplace dynamic where smaller teams must first accomplish their tasks before the entire company can reach its goal. Rather than use a lecture or classroom setting to teach these concepts, we get your group out and moving to infuse the experience with action and fun.
It will also encourage teams to think outside of the box by exercising creativity, resourcefulness, and decision-making. Teams strike out on foot using a series of clues that take teams to different locations where challenges awaits to stimulate their creative thinking, intensive problem-solving and effective time management sense.
Activity Brief
Small teams are created, each team will be given a manual of instructions, list of items, and camera then sent on their way with a designated time to return to a designated place. It's up to each team to utilize the skills, talents and resourcefulness of their fellow teammates to accomplish the missions.
WE do not go for a conventional one…. Added to riddles and mind games the quest includes special challenges at different locations. Some of the special challenges might include diving in the deep sea or putting your hand in a jar full of worms or parking a remote-control car….You Just need a sharp mind, comfy shoes and teamwork .
Program # 7 Nature Bonding Outdoor program Only.
The Deliverables : When we find ourselves caught in daily life race and routine between work and life, Best thing to relieve stress, change mood and re-energize is to go out into nature. Being with friends, colleagues or in groups in nature brings numerous benefits to body, soul and mind, in addition to the added benefit of improving social relationships, as it brings people closer, improve communication and strengthen the bonds between them.

Our Team at Dynamix will take you to beautiful magical places in the wilderness of Jordan, we will guide you through a beautiful memorable experience with great benefits to yourself and to your team.
The activity is best described as a hiking OR biking experience either in canyons, mountains, forests or even sand dunes.
During the activity, not only you get to enjoy the beautiful scenery , also you can engage in small talks to discuss, reflect and elaborate on matters of interest in life and business. The Team can also prepare its own meal during the hike if they chose to do so or simply get a chance to connect with the local community and help them by using their services.
